Baltic Time Attack Round No 2 already next week in Lithuania

The summer season continues, and already next week’s Saturday, August 2nd, the second round of the Baltic Time Attack series will take place in Lithuania as part of the Ring Challenge event. The race will be held at the exciting Nemuno Žiedas circuit, located just a 30-minute drive from the center of Kaunas. We invite you to take this opportunity to experience this legendary track and compete against the strongest Time Attack drivers in the Baltics.

After a five-year break, the Baltic Time Attack series was revived this season, bringing together the fastest Time Attack competitors from across the Baltics. The first round, held as part of the Pärnu Summer Race motorsport festival, featured 20 drivers from all three Baltic countries. While the number may not sound impressive, it’s important to remember this was the first event after a long hiatus, and the series is still gaining momentum.

Given Lithuania’s strong Time Attack tradition and the fact that the Ring Challenge is currently the longest-running series in the Baltics, it’s only logical that one of this season’s rounds takes place within the Ring Challenge framework. The Baltic Time Attack also aims to hold one round in each of the Baltic countries — after Estonia comes Lithuania, and the season will conclude at the end of August in Latvia during the WashCar Riga Summer Race 2025 motorsport festival.

The second round at Nemuno Žiedas on Saturday, August 2nd, will begin with registration and technical inspection from 07:00 to 09:20. A mandatory drivers’ briefing will be held at 07:30, and the first session will start as early as 08:00. Each Baltic Time Attack participant will take part in three driving sessions, with nearly an hour and a half of total track time.
